ABOUT US
Kathy Mc Guinness is passionate about dance and she is determined to get other Irish people to share her enthusiasum.
Kathy started her classical ballet training at a very young age. The dance bug bit and she went on to attend The Billy Barry Stage School.
In her teenage years her interest turned to Latin American dancing and trained in both Dublin and Northern Ireland, before going on to win the presigious world title 'Champion of Tomorrow' at the Winter Gardens in the world famous home of ballroom dancing, Blackpool.
A professional dance diploma followed from the College of Dance in Dublin and Kathy also trained at the world renowned Pineapple Dance Studios in London and the influential Broadway Dance Centre in New York.
She has performed and choreographed for numerous stage productions at The Helix, Gaeity and Vicar Street as well as on RTE and TV3. Kathy has also danced for Natasha Hamilton from Atomic Kitten as well as ad campaigns for Reebok, Peter Mark and L'Oreal to mention a few.
As a part of her efforts to promote
dance in Ireland, Kathy is launching a brand new Dance Magazine later
this year. This professional magazine will be distributed nationwide and
will feature interviews with major players from the dance industry.
